Failed Transaction

I tried to book a e-Ticket through Debit Card Payment. Amount 357 was deducted from my SBI a/c, but the IRCTC shows 'failed transaction'.

Settlement Requested      Not Booked     Rs 347       SBI Debit



What does it mean. and when the refund would be made to my SBI a/c.

Nothing to worry you will get your money in 7-10 days automatically. If you want to escalte write at care@irctc.co.in with booking and transaction details.
