why my account is deactivated?

I have opened the account nearly a month ago, but not used it for a single time, whether it is mandatory to use it immediately after account opening? or something else? How can i get it again

I had opened my account in IRCTC, through that account I had booked tickets in november, now I can not login my account Please reply me what is the problem with my account ?
