The IRCTC of the Indian Railways facilitates the schedule and timetable of the Duronto trains. Online Booking, checking availability and browsing facilities are available too. The Duronto Express is gaining popularity with its nonstop journey until the destination stopping. Due to high competition in the pricing of tickets, there are no concessions offered. Many trains from the Duronto category do not offer Tatkal facility.
The train takes good care of the safety and hygiene of the on board passengers. Fire extinguishers, dustbins, charging points for mobiles along with LED lamps at nights form distinctive features of this train. There are transparent skidding doors in between the carriages.
